Preferred method: delete inside the game

If you can still sign in, open the account screen in the game client and use Delete Account. That path signs you in and calls the game server’s authenticated delete action. It removes the account record, sign-in sessions, and the saved player profile for that account.

Manual request through this website

The public game API does not accept an unverified email-only deletion from this website. A form submission here creates a manual deletion request for the operator. Ownership is verified before any account is removed.

How ownership is verified

1. We match the request against the registered account email you provide.
2. We may use an optional display name and your notes to locate the correct profile.
3. We contact the account email (or the contact email you give if different) and ask you to confirm that you want the account deleted.
4. Only after that confirmation does the operator remove the account through the game’s authenticated admin or support tools. An unverified form alone is not enough.

What is deleted after a verified request

When deletion is completed on the game server, the account email and password verifier, active sessions, and the saved profile (display name, decks, collection, rank progress, and in-game resources such as golden seeds) are removed.

What may be retained

• In-game reports already stored on the game server may still contain the account email and report text until those entries age out of the server’s limited report list. Account deletion does not currently wipe past reports.
• This website keeps the deletion-request record itself (email, optional display name, platform, notes, and status) so the operator can show that a request was received and handled. Closing a request changes its status; it does not by itself erase the request text.
• Separate website support reports you may have sent earlier are stored independently and are not removed by account deletion.

Do not put your game password, payment details, or another person’s private information in this form. Passwords are never collected here.
